Porting, Benefits worth the work?

Is porting the exhaust manifold, 02 Housing, and Turbine worth the work? Has anyone ever measured the gain in horse power (or other benefit) if any?

Slightly improved air flow is the obvious benefit to me, but are there any facts to suggest how much of a gain?

Have you done it?

Already have cams.. Piping may be in the future. I'm looking for small gains that add up.
