The 21G annoucement is not new, but last week it said "will be available soon". I will call tomorrow and find out since they are local.

 

1500 for a turbo that makes marginally more power??? no thanks you could make your own 50 trim kit for that much..

 

You call 480hp marginal, I havent seen any 50trim make that much yet..

 

Well TECHNICALLY we haven't seen this one make that much either. I had high hopes for this upgrade. But for a little more you can go to a ATP 3071 kit and hit 480 easy and have room to go.

Well, Unfortunatly I havent seen a atp 3071 kit get anywhere near 480 whp, as a matter fact Ive only heard dissappointments from that kit...Do a search...

 

well when you show me a normal person to make 480whp on a 21g (on a evo 8) you let me know & i'm talking with the mormal bolt on's not a aftermarket intake manifold & ported head.. go over to the dsm forums & see how everyone loves the 20g compared to the 50trim?????

David stated in another thread that he had one (cast wheel) in hand and was testing it Friday at the track.

 

hmm can't wait to see the results on this. but 21g is odd.

wow... this **** spreads like wildfire....

it is tru the atp has run the biggest number of 420whp on 110octane. however the REAL 3071 as per ams has a claimed "easily 400hp on 91 pump gas" i have a pm in my mailbox from them saying so. crunch some numbers and you could get 480 on racegas.
