What does our transaction have to do with AlienAuto???? I didnt sell you nothing that has the AlienAuto logo on it and it never even involved them. But anyway enough is enough.

I know Chris and he is such a nice helpful guy. He helped many many people including me on these forums fixing and troubleshooting our cars. I can’t even imagine him lying or selling crappy head!!
I can't see how he can return the head after it was sold?? If I buy a head from BR or any other vendor on these forums I don’t believe that they will return it right? Calling Chris at his work and talking to his boss about this transaction is very nasty move and if I was Chris I will never ever return your money after what you did period.

i believe most of vendor want return only under certain return policy,
like 10% or 25% of total purchased penalty charge,
but he even refused to return my money even i agreed to take loss, and he said he is broke and used all my money that i sent him, including my core charge!!!
because of this Junk Head, the value are touching the piston, no machine shop can't fix the pitting at all, where he kept telling me that it can be reusable.
that's not $23, man, it's $2,300!!! i can use that money i can buy a new built head from AMS even without core charge.
i have enough if i can get $2300 by sending somebody a piece of crap!
check out his feedback, so far, there are three ppl have problem with his parts, have you see anyone complain from three different evoforum evo owners with a sales in other vendors?
and this is only in this small evoforum!!! in return, does have anyone have problem to sell me the product or buy stuff from me???

i was soooo suprised that i got fool. like i said, i didnot say anything bad about anything, he totally made that up and used that as a good excuse.
plus everyone can get that number off the website, and asked for this "partial owner" and see how **** the owner will get.

Turbo-holic getting in an e-battle with your seller isn't going to solve the problem. Call him or meet him face to face to discuss what went sour in your transaction.
Either way your just digging a deeper hole for yourself by getting involved with the thread-starter on an internet forum and then discussing something completely off-topic. Are you trying to discredit his repuation as a buyer and trying to hurt the company he works for? It sure looks like it.
If you would like your money back thats one ****ty way to ask for it, I wish both parties good luck.

i did too for the past two weeks, even when i talked to his boss and looking for him.
this guy called him, (looks like he is around) instantly when i was talking to his boss, i realized that i totally got srew up after he talk *^*%&% on the phone.
