i need more help please

I just had a new act clutch and light weight flywheel installed in my evo. im past the break in and now when im at wot in third gear, and i go to shift into fourth at 7 grand i engage the clutch and the shift is like sticky almost like i have to force it out of third and it makes a knocking/clicking sound almost. and the same exact thing happens in fourth trying to go into fifth. there is no problem shifting under normal driving conditions though. any ideas what the problem is clutch? synchro?
any help would be great

thanks

Clutch pedal not adjusted right or maybe you need to bleed the clutch system for air pockets.

pedal adjustment.
pull the pin at the pedal so you can spin it.

There's no bolt to loosen, just a 12mm nut. Kung-Fu grip that sucker and turn the rod. Just make sure your not bottomed out yet.

Meaning there's no more threads showing in the rod to adjust.

that's why it's easiest to just break the nut loose and pull the pin out at the pedal so you can easily adjust it. You definitely need to adjust it and I believe it comes with direction to that effect.
