you can do 25psi on 100 easily. I run 22psi on 93 with no problems at all. Leaded fuel will only wear out your o2 sensor, thats all.

Crank it up as high as the stock turbo will push. jJust make sure you are using a good leaded fuel.

On a 50/50 mix of VP c16 (116 octane leaded) and Shell 93 octane, I run 30psi spike with no problems or knock. I'll be having my methanol injection setup to do the same on 100% 93 octane.

I am running a Buschur stage 4 with 93 octane and 100% methanol. 28 psi tapering to 23 by 8,000 rpms . The Intercooler lets you run more boost while keeping the temps down.

So if I were to run straight 116 or 118 leaded you think I could run 30 psi safely huh?

i think u can totally the thing im finding out from a lot of the local tuner guys is that the stocker isnt really efficient over like 26 and starts to blow hot air so u will end up not making any more and possibly less at like 30 psi

With the stock turbo I had my set up spike up to 27-28 psi w/out any issues. This was on C16 and using ECU+ for fuel/timing. So if you are just dumping the fuel and raising the boost, you should be fine. This was done with stock injectors and walboro 255 fuel pump, fuel set up. The only difference between your current set up and my old one was a FMIC, which would help you a lot. You will be pushing that turbo pretty hard, so the air is just going to get hotter. FMIC would help, but you can get away without it. Also when I replaced my stock turbo for my SC61 set up, I checked for shaft play and there was none. I was pretty surprised since I ran that poor thing hard. Also, just so you know, RACE GAS IS ADDICTIVE WHEN COMBINED WITH HIGH BOOST!!
