fuel cut makes the engine rock back and forward violently. Thus, the whole car shakes for a sec.

Who installed your cams? It sounds like a balance shaft may be out of time. It's not fuel cut if you have a Dynoflash. Sounds like a timing issue to me.

I've went up to approx. 150 with 264's no problems here. I would not think fuel cut is the problem here imo.

Did the vibration start during braking? Just a question since warped rotors will cause vibrations throughout the car very easily at that speed.

The timing belt turns a balance shaft. If during the cam install, the balance shaft were allowed to slip a tooth or two, or worse, if the timing belt were completely removed and the balance shaft were timed 180 degrees out of phase, then instead of preventing vibration it would add to it. Although you would probably notice the extra vibration at idle. There are really a lot of possilities for your problem:

Wheels/tires out of balance
Transmission problem
Balance shaft
Engine knock (if it were knock, your engine probably would have destroyed itself)

It is most certainly not fuel or boost cut. Those are taken care of by the dyno flash. There are probably several other possibilities that I haven't thought of. Do you notice any excessive vibrations at high RPM in lower gears? Anything else you can think of that might help?

as long it hits around 125/130 above and somehow the whole car vibrate, but when you release your foot from the gas pedal right away when its vibrate the vibration is gone right away.

How many miles do you have on the car? It may just be a misfire due to old plugs. You may want to pull your plugs and inspect them. If they looked fouled I would replace them. If that doesn't help, then I'm not sure what the problem may be.
