best way to mod your car?

Since I will be putting my cams, and cam shafts in I might as order more parts and go all out and port the head, add racing valves, retainers and valve springs. I just want to make sure that I mod the car in the order that I listed?

1. Built head
2. Turbo
3.Stroker kit

I dont track my car but I want to upgrade in a way so that I dont have to keep taking the engine apart, trying to save labor cost and time as well. Mostly street racing from a roll. If I am going to pay the labor and install just the head studs I might as well port the head and install some racing valves
