Does anyone have experience with 3037S with .87 housing ?

I cant find any info on the Spool on this one ????

I don't remember if mine was a .87... For some reason I think mine was a .70... But spool up was a bit over stock. I was at full boost at about 36-3800... Great street turbo kit... And actually currently selling it with a 44mm hks wg. Full bolt on turbo kit with the fabbed dp...

 

so its about 700rpm over stock? I do most of my driving on the street, so low end in important.

Wouldnt .87 housing make it spool lil faster??

 

No, the .87 makes it spool later with a better top end pull!
The HKS 3037s kit comes with the .87 A/R and spools real late! I have used it in conjunction with HKS 272's and no aftermaket engine management [ so could'nt mess with the timing which prolly would of helped ] . I was getting full boost in 1st and 2nd at 5500rpm and at 5000 in 3rd! But when it came on , whoooaa hold on!

Oh it was on a 2.0 . A stroker would spool it a bit quicker
