2 Step Launch Control

Guys is there any other way ( other than a stand-alone ecu ) to set up a launch control on the Evo 8 . Like the one on the DIS-2 for instance!

T-Sport Flat Shift is a single step launch control and I think it is what he is talking about.
Good luck finding one though, they went out of business. It's a shame because their products are great.

I got mine.

yeaqh but it seems that site has been around for ever and there are no order links. The original company is out of business and they may have one or two but are not making them.

Yea, I went to the home page of that company, found a phone # and called them.
The guy said they no longer carry the T-sport Flat Sift Launch Controller.

Does anyone know who sells these units??

are you guys running this on a daily driver? Thats crazy

It would be pretty bad *** to pull up next to someone at a light and hit the 2 step. My friend and I use to always joke about that.

they are not car specific, you buy it, you hook it up, it works. I thought all the 0%' came with it stock. All a 2 step is, is the same thing the stock ECU does, when your car is not moving and you rev it up, the max it will go is to like4500 or 5000 whatever its set at, then as soon as the car moves it sets the rev limiter back to redline. its a very simple thing

I would suggest using another car with a 2step before buying one. I had mine setup on my AEM, and I found that I get off the line cleaner without it.

How big of a turbo are you running. Im running a garret 60-1, I cant get off the line without it, because I need the car to be at WOT to get enough exhaust gas to spool the turbo.

I'm just on the stock turbo. maybe that's why it's easier for me to just modulate with my foot.
