I have A LOT of slop/play with my shifter and a problem still getting into first gear. What I mean by slop is, I can easily move the shifter left and right like an INCH! and I've observed the linkage moving around while this is done.

I'm having a shop work this problem out, so the diagrams would be handy I'm sure for them and me.

 

I obtained the information I needed, it can be found in the clutch install pdfs.

I would like to know where are those pdf files to see the diagrams and hopefully find out why my AT transmission linkage gives me hard time when is about to put the shifter in P.
