I know there are few around here.. I am just curious how to do it for one thing and two it would be convienient for me to do it in my town for cheap whenever I feel like it. Plus locking it would help 60 ft times if I ever wanted to go to the track like that. My digital cam took a crap so that is the only pic I have of mine.

Well now i see how to do it right I just wanna make sure I weld the right spot

I am assuming you are talking about the seam around the edge of the VC and the middle section locking the whole assembly together. By the way.. do you just remove the center section of the driveshaft and let both ends just spin in thier carrier bearing? I assume you need to mark lines so it will be weighted correctly when you reassemble it back to 4wd. Thanks!
