Idle???

My cars rpm juggles between 750 and 950 rpm every 2-3 minutes on idle. I wa listening to the engine and i hear a series of clickin before the rpm drop, I have and aftermarket blow off valve, and someone told me that could be the cause but i dont know about that...

Is the aftermarket BOV the only mod you have?

No. I have an after market I/C with pipings, Intake piping kit, hyper single clutch, cam gears, turbo timer, boost controller, iridium spark plugs and racing wires

what are the gears set at... they should be TDC ... also check to see if you have water on top of your spark plugs... Not exactlly sure how the IV's are supposed to idle.. but sounds like you have a leak.. not a boost leak a vac leak somewhere.. and or your maf isnt functioning properly

Actually, the clicking is probably the fan relay.. when the car's temp gauge hits "the middle" the fans cycle on and off, and the alternator loads the engine slightly which can affect engine RPM (I can see it affect my AFR's when it happens)

Its actually a combination of your mods, since the airflow in your MAF sensor is affected by the additional load, the engine rpm drops. With your cams and other mods, you can raise your idle slightly and it should help.

i tried raising the throttle to 1k and it still drops, vacuum leak sounds probable tho, maybe i should start using the really high octane here, lets see what happens...110 octane here i come... hoo hoo
