Question Whats the best high flow cat that wont set off o2 engine light?

Does anyone no which high flow cat to get that wont trigger the engine light. I had a helix on my 04 evo and it triggered the light so I did the anti fouler trick and it worked but I dont want to have to do that again. Thanks

ultimate racing i think guarantees no cel. At least for the test pipe they do. Not positive on the cat. Anyone wouldn't happen to know why it doesn't cause a cel would they?

I don't think any true high flow cat is CEL free. If you flow more than the stock cat, the o2 sensor will eventually freak out and throw a CEL .

Doesnt the test pipe cause your car to fail emissions? Also it seems odd that a test pipe is guarenteed but a high flow is not.

Just get the highest possible flowing one, so you can say you have a cat, then run the mechanical o2 fix, to keep off any CELs.

It definatley does. From what I've heard hi-flow cats also will fail. But it's only a once a year thing, so just bolt up your stock cat till you get inspected, then throw on your hi-flow or test pipe afterwards.
