HKS 3037s Spool Up
With spoolup I have had better results leaning out the afrs and retarding timing during the spool areas. You can gain 100rpm pretty quick with this method. I posted my numbers up on a 3076 4121rpms at 21 psi in 3rd gear.
I used to have a DSM with an FP3076 (Pretty much the same as a GT3076r). It reaches full spool on pump at around 4,400rpm in 3rd. That is what almost any other 3076 turbo owner I have met have. Alot of people THINK thier turbo spools up faster but it doesnt. We use a map sensor to log the actual boost its making and they are all damn near the same.
The reason the drag style anti-lag system runs so rich is because it is designed to retard the timing so far that the flame itself (Instead of making ANY power) shoots straight out the exhaust (waits long enough for the exhaust to actually start opening before it fires) which in turn, spools the turbo with what would normally be your power. That is why they run so rich and that is why they run so retarded (Sounds funny huh... Rich and Retarded).
Running rich on a car without the whole setup would destroy any spoolup... all it would do is make your car much slower. Retarding the timing will also slow the spoolup (Unless you retard it far enough that your car doesn't make any power but shoots the fire out the exhaust... then it will spool your turbo.. you just wont go anywhere
)
I hope this helped anyone trying to figure it out. Your turbo SHOULD spool around 4300 or so. If it is later than 4600 you probably have a boost leak or exhaust leak. Most people that complain of lagginess have boost leaks and/or exhaust leaks.
Anyone that claims thier 4g63 car in it's 2.0 form can spool that turbo without ALS before 4grand is lying. An easy way to get a REAL answer is find someone with an EMS, the Zeitronix unit or something similair that measures boost and RPM. You will EASILY be able to see where exactly the turbo spools at. I can show you some logs if you want to see them from a DSM with pretty much the same turbo.

Oh.. another reason some of these people may say thier turbos spool faster is what gear and when they floor it. If you floor it at 4k dont expect it to fully spool in 300 rpms... if you start rolling at 2.5k or so thats where you could truly find out when it fully spools.
