Ok so I got some HKS 264/264 cams but I am not sure if I should have them installed or get injectors and a new fuel pump before installing them. And when is it necessary to get new injectors and fuel pump?

 

bigger turbo=pump + injectors. You have a SAFC 2 so you could always for safety get a a set of 660's and a 255 and tune it out but your dont NEED it now. If you intend on going further or getting a stand alonge yes shop around and get the pump/injectors.

 

You need a Fuel pump ASAP i recommend changing the fuel pump as soon as you put a first mod on your car Especially with cams injectors you dont need but fuelpump YOU DO.

 

Pump always... injectors no depending on your tuner.

 

If youd read his mods youd see that there is a STOCK turbo... So all you need is the pump .. Injectors arent needed on the stock turbo with either a tune or a SAFC... And you do need a PUMP if you put in the cams.. you wont be able to tune it right if you dont have it.

 

Actually, he recommended the injectors specifically because of the S-AFC. They really are a wise mod when tuning with an S-AFC, because you pull out a lot of fuel and make a lot of power. With a flash, it's not as helpful...

 

will injectors add hp... i know i dont need them till prob 350whp but i was wondering if they would add hp

No, they don't "add" hp, laugh. They just allow you to flow more fuel to support higher hp levels.
