lean cylinder

I believe I read in a few of the melt down threads that there was common weak cylinder or (s). Is this a real deal, or just trash talking?

Is anyone using their aftermarket emc to compensate?

In most cases if you have a fuel problem cylinder 1 or 2 will go lean just before cylinder 3 and 4. The 4g63 in the evo is a strong motor stock but having a cylinder go lean will cause problems quickly on any engine, even if it was built with the best componets.

The cylinder furthest away from the TB will be the leanest. (I don't remember the way the cyl's are numbered)
