Boost Problem Please Help

Whats up guys. My car was running 20 PSI to red Line like a champ. I brought it to mitsubishi they did my transfer case and since then i have done my i/c piping, switched from a Hallman Boost controler to an HKS EVC IV, and have Changed my wastegate to a forge (with stock spring). When i giving it gass it boosts but goes fast to 5psi then kind slow to 10psi and then slowley climbs to 20. I thought my Type-S BOV was broken so i took it off and put the stock one on. But when i did that it was actually worse it felt like the f'n turbo was bearly spoolin. I Have take the intake off and felt the fins for shaft play and there is none what so ever. I don't know what else is wrong. I don't think there are leaks b/c then it wouldnt even get to 20psi. Do you guys reccomend anything i can check or i should do? Is there anyone near central NJ (that knows what they are doing) that wants to help a fellow evo owner out? Please let me know. Thanks guys!

EDIT: ok guys that didn't help...i actually remeber when i brought my car into mitsubishi they took off my BOV and put it on the wrong way the intake part was on the i/c piping and i remember everytime i boosted it would hlow pressure the i would hear a flutter. so then a few weeks later i wanted to put my type s back on and noticed it was backwards and after i did that when it spooled it sounded like a Super Charger whine and then from then on never really boosted. I'm thinking my tubro is shot and the fins are bent. what do you guys think?

Are you saying that after adding the electronic boost controller or the wastegate is when this started happening? I am not sure what you meant. If it just started after adding one of the components, then you know where the problem most likely is. You might want to try just re installing the manual boost controller since its easy.

Ditto. Are u hearing any weird noises, could be a boost leak somewhere, maybe a clamp wasnt tightened on the piping install. Or maybe the forge piece? Alot of variables here. Im like 25 mins from Phillpisburg NJ. Send a PM if u need help.

It could be your wastegate. If it is not adjusted correctly then the flapper never completely closes. That could be causing your problem. If the wastegate weren't closing completely it would cause very slow spool.
