This is the boat I'm in. The T-clamps are not tightening around the hoses and as a result they keep popping. I put on the regular C-clamps and I don't have problem with some of them (the lower IC hose on the cold side still pops off, but that's because of the type of IC I have {it is not compatible with the Helix hose}).
