Greddy Type-s and 5th gear

I have installed a Type-s BOV and all gears work great, no stalling or hesitation. I found 5th gear to be a total pain now. Seems anywhere from 10 psi to 23psi, no matter WOT or Part throttle, I get flutter. Any suggestions?

Yes, I have adjusted the stud from 2 - 5 turns.

evoviiiny, you are correct that if you let off the gas quickly it doesn't occur. This doesn't help when I am trying to accelerate, on the interstate, in 5th. The problem occurs during acceleration, not deceleration.

I am beginning to think the previous owner pulled the large spring and no the small spring, for the single spring mod. Reason, seems to whistle at 9 - 12 hg vacuum.

its all about you let off the gas!
i had the same problem and i tried letting off slowly, suddenly etc!
i have developed a patern that works with my setup!
1-3 does not matter
4 sudenly
5 depending on rpm fast or slow!

mine whistles at vacuum and flutters in 5th...i've adjusted the screw too and it just seems to change how fast it flutters. a suddenly let off on the gas feels like the turbo is getting some surge feedback...doesn't sound too good. i think i'm gonna put the other spring back in it. i'm running 23 pounds of boost.

My Forge BOV does the same. I hae tried every possible spring combo to get rid of it with no luck. Ive learned to deal with it until I can afford my AEM EMS then I will buy a Tial BOV and VTA.
