Whats a good aftermarket clutch

I'm having serious problem on my stock clutch and was planning on changing it to an act or exedy but i'm not sure. I've heard that if you put a racing clutch you could damage the transfer case, keep in mind that i'm looking for a daily driven set up. Right now my car is running 300 whp with basic mods, turbo back, walbro 255 and aem intake. Thanks for the help !

I love my ACT, and have always had good luck with ACT's in other cars also.

act's are really good for the money. I had good results with mine in my old evo with the turbo upgrade. I couldn't shift fast with it though. The twins and triple disc exedy help a lot with that.

I recommend using Exedy Hiper Twin. Very stock like engagement and shifting is smooth. I have these in stock. Please pm me for best pricing.

Thanks

I have the Exedy Hyper Single. I do not recommend it. From the day it was installed it has a problem with not fully disengaging. Mine mostly does not in 5th gear around 3k rpms. It starts shaking. I bought the clutch extender rod from Lancershop and had it installed today as well as the clutch adjusted. It shook once on the highway on the way home. It does grab well, but if I had to do it again I would get the ACT.

Act make a great clutch for the money. Mine has been holding strong for the last 15,000 miles.
