Installed my buschur tbe. hfc flow arrow points wrong way.

First off i have to give buschur two thumbs up for great service, quick delivery, and exhaust fits great. Took it out for a few long drives, and everything seemed ok-- does stink a little though- almost smells like antifreeze... anywho, i was doing a post inspection and noticed the hfc is welded backwards.. just my luck, this is par for the course with me-- always something it seems.

what do you think.. i don't want to put my stock back on. should i run it till i can get in touch with buschur??

tia,

If you have his slip fit turbo back, there is no flange, it's all slip fit. That is why I asked. If the "out" side is facing the downpipe then you will have to send it back to Buschur.

Really .. hm My High flow cat from Buschur is slip on both sides.. As a matter of Fact my Enitre exhaust other than the Turbo/DP connection is slip... So how do you have a half flang half slip DP... IS it 3"? Take a Pic i wanna see this and i still dont understand why you didnt get it unasembled?

I'm not sure if all of them have flanges now-a-days, but the DP and cat that I ordered in December were both flanged.... slip fit to the cat-back.

I bought mine last july and the whole thing was slip with 3" clamps... if your are using another shops parts , maybe thats the reason for the flanges... i just used the full TBE from buschur.. ?
