The flanged part of the BOV should be going to the hose on the upper IC pipe using the adapter. If you want VTA disconnect the hose from the turbo intake tube and cap it off.

you need to back that screw off if you dont hear the high pitched whistle........

ok its on right! now it sounds ok (to fN loud) but should i face it toward the block or leave it facing the fan. and is there some thing that screws on the end if the blow off valve, i see threads and i dont know if its suppost to just be open like that (is there a filter or something that can keep junk out of there. thanks

BOOSTonHanD, did you say yours got louder when u installed it the right way? reason why is that mine sounded softer when i installed it the correct way. (i had it upside-down too)

im running mine vta so when i finally took it off the intake (capped intake) and put the flange side on to the intercooloer piping it finally woke up. but when i had it recycled it was quiter then stock.

You just cap off the intake with the supplied plug, and face the venting port the opposite way.

I purchased my BOV used, and unfortunately did not come with any plug. Can I pick this up locally or do I need to order through GReddy? And which side is the Venting Port? Thanks.

If your using a stock intake I heard a film canister for a 35mm camera fits perfect.

to you! love making people allitle scared, every one and there mother revs at me and at one crack at the blow of and ever one kind of just falls back. i know it loud but i returned it to recyc for power reasons so stop flaming
