I heard Sean Glazar was directly responsible for the technology behind this turbo. He took all of his years as being the innovator of all DSM Performance, put that into a mason jar with some old Saltine crackers and 1 Canadian quarter, left it on a shelf for 14 days, snapped his fingers, opened the bottle, and voila. Genius.

The funny thing about this thread is, there is actually a turbo that can create full boost (20 psi) at 2000 rpm. I had one on my MR2 Turbo in 1994. We were testing it for a company. The car felt like a V-8, no turbo lag. Not sure if they are still around, but they were called aerodinye turbos. Completely self contained. No oil feed lines. Pretty cool sh**.
