Bringing this thread back from the dead because I have the same question. Any vendors have the Ralliart Sparkplug Wires in stock, Gruppe-S won't be getting any until the end of May.

Found this link on ebay and although it says Evo IX, I don't think there is any difference between the 8 and 9. Anyone know?

I just spoke w/ the Ebay vendor and he has them for the Evo VIII as well. Just shoot him a message if anyone else is looking to pick some up.

The ralliart cables are model specific. The 8 and the 9 do not share the same cables.

email the seller, he also has the wires for the Evo VIII as well. I will let you know if I notice any improvements. I don't have any issues w/ the stockers but figured they were getting older and couldn't hurt to replace.

the ralliart ones, just like the ralliart spark plugs, aren't worth it. they are made by ngk. stock diameter wires. when i installed my originally, i had a little improvement at idle. nothing else. then one of the plugs melted inside. went back to stock. no problems (knock on wood) with the stock wires. you're better off with an ignition amp like xs engineering or hks, then these wires.

I still use my stock ignition (Wires, coils, etc...) without even an amplifier and I run around 30psi with a 35r quite often. I need to run a relatively small gap to keep them from fouling very quickly but no other problems yet.

well if you stock ones were bad, i'd pick up either another stock set or a ralliart set depending on price.
