I believe tubular manifolds will crack sooner or later... Hell, many cast ones do to. I've had my tubular manifold (SS) on for quiet some time now without any cracking. Even while trying to crack it in natural conditions. This passed winter I jumped up to go "beat on" the car when the freezing rain started. The damn thing still didn't crack while glowing orange/red in the freezing rain. I eventually quit "trying to break it". Anyone wanting to know more about the Megan manifold for the stock turbo, PM me.

unfortunately we do not have a stock flanged manifold for the evo. This is becuase we do not feel it is possible to build a proper manifold with the proper cylinder pairing and still retain the stock turbine housing position and divided nature.

Zeus, not to come down on you or anything, but the megan racing manifolds are still coming from the same factory as all the other "overseas specials" whetehr it is DNP, OBX, SS AUTOCHROME they all come from the same place, they are all made of poor stainless with poor welds, and they do crack. We have rewelded them for customers

The thailand factory where all these manifolds are made is www.mengheader.com

Your preaching to the choir on the origin... I quit banging my head on the wall trying to convince people of that a year ago. I wish I had a penny for every "vendor" who was offended/in denial when I pushed the issue.

As for the cracking, I believe all tubular manifolds will crack sooner or later. Matter of fact, cast manifolds crack on occasion also.

I took the Megan Race manifold to a professional welder who has been doing it for 20 years and he thought it was nicely made. That was enough for my vote.

Yes, we are releasing our Ram Horn Equal Length Manifold for the stock style flange within the next week or so. We are finishing up the final R&D for it and we will have numbers very soon. Also our manifolds do come with a lifetime warranty unlike anything else on the market.

Manifold was never cracked, just leaking under the weld.
