With the t-case and the rear diff you fill them until they start to seep out of the fill hole. With the transmission fluid you put in 3 quarts and it will be fine. Hope that helps.

when would be a good time to change the trans fluid every 10,000 miles? if driven hard or 15k

I change mine every other time I change the engine oil. It's cheap insurance.
