I cant figure how to hook mine up. I have been running VTA for like a year now and just getting tired of crappy mpg so I bought the recirc kit, althoug I would hardley call it a kit, as it is only one little aluminium peice. Well I took my BOV apart and installed it and it is like 1 inch and the inlet to recirc it back into the intake is like 1 1/2 inch, maybe bigger. I have been trying to find a hose to put on it but every auto parts store seems to say we have 3/4 inch and then we go up to 2 inch. Even though I have an RS intake I just need to see howother people did it and I will figure it out from there as I am usally pretty handy if I can get the parts I need.

thier are a few ways u can do it i took mine to a auto parts store and they have like a wall of radiator hoses i matched one to the recirc fitting that would fit the intake bought it for like 6$ and just put it in place.... but my ssq is flanged right on to my upper IC pipe if urs is not ull most likly have to have the turbe from the pipe and the bov right above the intake with the "nose" pointing into the intake

Is your recirc fitting from the BOV the same size as the input in the intake tube? Mine is quite a bit different

no its not the same time what i had to do actually is get a smaller peice of radiator hose and fit it in the bigger one so the bov peice would fit it and then the bigger end to the intake lol hard to explain..

I have some pics for ya... here ya go:

The reason I need the other hose clamp shortly after the first one is because the bend was JUST too tight and was kinking the hose.. that clamp slightly clamped down keeps the hose round instead of flattening out. Hope these work for ya... Obviously I have a different intake but I think it is pretty close to most any. The upper IC pipe is from Buschur

Did you just put a smaller hose on first and then that bigger hose all the way to the intake?

Im curious to know that too. Or does it sound like a regular DV now and lose its unique whistle?
