You ran out of injector room. LOL J/K. Just take the kit off and run the car for awhile then put it back on and see if it does it again.

Man, by take the kit off i hope you mean unplug the power to it or something....that junk was a PITA to install.

Seriously though, my car is on jackstands as it has been for a week....my clutch took a dump, so i haven't even driven anywhere with this alky....

Sure, take off the power, anything to stop the flow of alcohol. What makes the alcohol turn on? Some sort of boost trigger?

Is the boost trigger set too low? That's my guess. Either it's at 0 psi activation or something.

dood, pull the neg off your battery terminal for a minute or 2 and it will all reset....see if that fixes it

i talked to smc and he told me if i had the problem again, he would take care of me...said it prob had to do with running my xede on boot and sending wacky signals to the control unit

Emailed smc and they emailed me back within an hour on a saturday they were closed.
Sent me telephone number to reach him figured the control unit has a problem, will ship
me a new one Tuesday morning. Excelent customer service cant beat that on a holiday
weekend. Steve also said any problems get in touch with them they are the builder of the kit
and ultimately customer satisfaction and quality control is up to them and their responsiblity.
If there is a problem it is their name on the kit not the second hand seller

Guys - the SMC kits which I and Buschur sells are fully backed by a 100% unconditional money back guarantee and also Steve at SMC has just about the best customer service in the business. If you have any issues - he takes care of it - the units are warrantied.

The bad news is that there have been a hand full of units which have been damaged in shipping. They are very reliable once they are in the car and working but there have been a few guys getting them and they are not working when they install them. I atrribute this is rough handling by UPS and also a need for better packaging. I will be talking this over with Steve. He is a great guy with a great product.
