my evo is acting up pretty bad need some help

so a few weeks ago i pulled a 12.4 at 112 with a kind of bad launch, my mods are 272's, turboback, boost at 22psi, intake, ams full ic piping, and a dynoflash ecu. i was very happy with my mph and decently happy with my time, however a few weeks later i went to the track again and pulled a best of 12.8 at 106, the weather was close to the same both nights and it was the same track. i also raced a friend with a 2g eclipse gsx on a "closed course" that has some basic mods to it that i used to pull about a car on and now he stays dead even with me. my boost has been the same, i did a full check on the intercooler piping system to check for leaks, i ran 30 psi through everything and found a few small leaks that i fixed and now have no leaks, however my car feels the same and a freind with a mr pulled on me and he has turboback and boost conrtol. i dont have any idea what it could be i am really concerned that there is something really wrong. but there is no abnormal noises and i havent changed anything. thanks for any help

Check your plugs. My friend went to the track and on his third run the car skipped a beat. Started running slower. Turns out the tip of cyl #3 plug broke off. Maybe they are just fouled out. Change them. Gap them smaller too.
