SS Auto Chrome Turbo Back Exhaust!

OK has anyone bought this exhaust yet? its an excellent looking piece and is a full turbo back for 375$ Im just blown away that you can get a full turbo back for 375$. I have seen the threads about the intercooler and mainfolds.... but how could you possibly mess up a downpipe and exhaust...? http://www.ssautochrome.com/level.itml/icOid/1483

The cat-back looks similar to the Helix, but the piping is flanged at different locations.

There are plenty of ways to mess up a downpipe. It can hit your lower tie bars. It can touch your oil pan. It can touch your transfer case.

But man, these parts are dirt cheap. I'm sure someone will buy it and then b*tch about how sh*tty it fits.

I would be very careful if I were you. Especially on the "stainless" part.

If your working on a budget to create a turbo-back exhaust really wouldn't be expensive. Just get the dc sports down-pipe and ask an exhaust shop to create a 3 in catback or pick up a used catback thats for sale.

But remember kids stay away from SS autochrome.

I have run their manifold and O2 housing for over a year now with no cracks or problems. I hear they have problems with their turbo's though. As already mentioned there are many ways to mess up a downpipe, and if quality control is not good you can end up with flanges that are not lined up properly and give fitment issues.

Just gotta be careful with this. The quality of the exhaust welds and flanges could be compromised. On the other hand it could be made just as well as the Helix exhaust. Someone needs to buy one and try it out for fitment and performance.
