I think it's the second from the left spark hole.

Mine is white just on that hole and every other hole is painted red like the cover.

i don't wanna think that i had some detonation on that cylinder, that's why it's white on just that hole.

does everyone have this?

it's after you take the spark plug coil out.

LOL, it would need to be some serious detonation to effect the valve cover Seriously, mine is like that and they probably all are. A guess is that they use that hole to hold the valve cover during the coating process...
