I know that David Buschur says that a lightweight crank pulley in a real bad idea for our engines.

Good luck. I am not real sure of the reasons behind his opinion, but based on his experience compared to mine, I avoided this piece despite my desire for the engine to rev quicker.

 

we've used them extensively on the 4G's for years without incident and actually prefer the 1 piece units like UR to the multipiece units like the stock one..over time, we have had nasty experiences with stock 4G pulley's seperating and causing masssive head damage
