Hey Marksae, After reading thru all this I ordered the hotside from Forced Performance. I didn't call first or anything I just placed an order online. Do you know for sure that they have the newer style? I really doubt it's going to matter but I was just wondering.


Also, I have ported, polished and Coated my Exhaust Manifold, And am in the process of doing the O2 housing, and hopefully this and the turbine housing. Wouldn't this in your opinion be one of the better stick turbo configs.?

 

I ordered mine through FP's website too. You can probably give them a call to see if you can get the newer style wg hotside. I just heard that they are depleting the old style wg hotside inventory right now. Once those are out, they'll be selling the new style ones at a higher price.

Coating all the exhaust components will definitely help and should be one of the better stock turbo configs. I don't have any personal experience w/ coated exhaust parts, so I don't really know how much they help, especially on cast parts.
