Help help help **** **** PLEASE HELP BOOST ISSUES
Ok, I'm pissed off to no end. I have not installed anything incorrectly and its just getting worse. Ok I had a boost problem where it seemed like the wastegate stayed open so i replaced the actuator with a high pressure one from BR. Sweet. Now when the car gets to one psi the whole car shakes violently and sputters and makes loud popping noises and ****. I replaced a few things now the car sucks *** and feels like its going to blow up. I put in a walbro, BR FMIC, forge wastegate, and i re-routed my MBC from the turbo outlet to the boost line from the intake mani. (I used a Y fitting and ran one to the vac outlet on the BOV and the other to the MBC, while the other went to the wastegate. Maybe its a bad fuel pump, i don't know because when the car is about to get into boost the A/F gauge, cheap as it may be, reads dangerously lean. I have to be at turbo trix on monday and I don't know what to do. Please help, or if you know of anyone in my area that can help please let me know. I'm at my wits end.

Its not sensitivity, its respect i guess.
say what you want, but you will probably have some offended and won't wanna help you.
i choose to use "GOTdamnit"!
and seriously, 1psi car acting crazy is a lot of things...your wastegate might be opening...you might have a MAJOR boost leak since you took all kinds of stuff apart to install a front mount....you going to have to take some steps to solving this problem by eliminating one prob at a time

Yeah i figured But i guess I'll start with swapping out the fuel pump with the stocker and see if thats the problem, if not I guess I'll have to see if its the MBC or something wrong with the vac lines, but it reads vac on my boost gauge fine. I don't know. And sorry If ive offended anyone, im just so darn frustrated.

well you didnt explain your situation very well..........how much were you boosting beofre you put the BR high pressure actuator on????
And if things suddenly got much worse when you put that on then start solving your problem by putting the stock one back on.
Then go back through the things you installed backwards.......thats all i can help you with as I have no mechanical experience and which is why I pay people to do the work right the first time.
Good luck.

The same problem was occuring with the stock one, I was boosting 20 psi before all problems happened then it was getting to 10 psi at redline very slowly, hinting at a wastegate problem.
Assuming your CEL is not on, I would do the following:
-Check the turbo for shaft play
-Check for boost leaks (do a search for instructions on how to do this)
-Check for leaks at the exhaust manifold
-Do a compression check
It doesn't sound like a fuel pump problem because your boost gradually dropped from where you set it, seeming like a turbo failure or intercooler piping failure. Does the car idle well? Does it sputter at all if you rev it in neutral? Hope this helps.

I would do what the others said.
check the MAF harness
do a leak test
check the turbo shaft play
recheck everything you touched
sounds like you did something wrong or forgot to hook something back up
check the harness's on the injectors
test the feul pump
check the filter

I've done the boost leak test, it does sputter a bit in neutral, the car does NOT idle well, the MAF harness is connected, I don't know how to check compression nor the turbo for shaft play, i have rechecked everything i've touched and i have not yet gotten a CEL. Also the harnesses to the injectors are fine as i have never touched them. I just don't know anymore. I will try and cancel out the fuel pump tomorow morning. Thank you for all your help. And once again sorry about the title. Thank you keith for the revision.
