260 hp seem a little low ??

05 evo mods are intake,272's,cam gears, hks dp,rmr cat back, crower valve springs and retainers, walboro, and ecutek tune. This was on a dyno dynamics dyno. I know the stock cat is hurting me but powere still seems a little low.Definately getting a cat delete soon any thoughts would be appreciated.

I think its the tuner...EcuTek is a very good flash. but with out the proper tune, you wont be making big numbers. Gut your cat, Injectors would help you out too. just my 2 cents

check for boost leaks, make sure your cam gears are set correctly, removing the stock cat will only make about a 10whp different (be a little environmentally friendly). The power does seem a little too low, stock MRs make about 215WHP .... there could be other things installed wrong ... is the tune setup of the list of mods you have? that could be another factor to consider ... check your spark plugs ...

FYI: stock MR's are making ~240whp.

260HP on DD (a low reading dyno) is like 305-315WHP on most dynojets, so it's not as low as first expected. Also was this race gas or pump gas? I'm assuming this was with pump gas, with race gas and higher boost you could see an improvement of 20WHP+, also get a complete TBE and you should see even bigger gains. By the way how is the torque, the MRs make very good torque. So if the previous dyno was pump gas, then I could see you hit 290-295WHP (Estimate) on race gas and a complete TBE on a DD which is around 345-355WHP on a Dynojet and torque should be even higher. If my estimate is correct, then it's not the best numbers I've seen, but it's no where near bad.

the tune was done right after they installed the cams, gears, springs and retainers, as far as a boost leak goes I really don't know if there is one. What are some symptoms I can look for.
