I am looking to up the boost on my car. I want my car to be quicker but a the same time I don't want to do any damage to my car or the stock turbo. I run 93octane and I have upgraded my injectors to the AMS 600cc units.

on pump no more than 21-22

 

highest ive ever heard is about 30psi peak. the highest it can really hold all the way through redline is probably around 20psi or so. if you want to run higher boost make sure you have race gas in the tank or alcohol injection.

Peak boost????? ........i run 22-23 peak boost on 91

cam gears, camshafts, injectors, pump, tbe, xede.......all factors into why i run this amount of boost safely

 

i still don't think 23 is too safe. I rather be safe than sorry. thats just me

 

but some people run 27 on a stock turbo, not efficent but doable. i run 23 though, but also have alot done..

 

how about on 100 octane?

ive been running 22 psi for a while on 91 without any issues. im just wondering if I can squeze a little more out with some race gas.

 

Somone was talking about 30PSI on the stock turbo, I think buschur was running his at 29 aswell.
