Talking Jestr tuned

Hey guys! As of the 23rd I am now Jestr Tuned. I have to say that Jestr is a genuis when it comes to tuning the 4g63. What he did to my car was unbeliveable. I also would like to thank Scott from TTP for a great install of the cams and studs. I think there was more power on the last run as i saw it go to 335 hp @ 7500 but Rolo stopped recording at 6500. Thanks to Rolo at CFT for letting Jestr and I go over the 1 hour limit. Next mods will be cam gears, 10.5, and intercooler. Once agian thanks to everybody that worked on the car.

That tuning looks great. Instead of a high torque spike to give you a false peak torque rating, you have a beautiful, smooth, and flat torque curve that tapers only slightly after 5500rpm.

That looks like some serious power, because 327 on a mustang is 350-360 on a Dynojet, and since I only pulled 282 on a Dynojet in lesser heat (I presume), then you're looking at some big-time power for the 9.8 hotside.

Yah, well now all you have to do is go run high 11s at 115-116 on pump gas to ensure the dyno's accuracy...

Congrats Jeff. That car is strong. Both John and I were very surprised to see your numbers. The dyno is well known for it's rock solid accuracy. That last run too did not have a very long cooldown period and it had been on the dyno for about an hour and a half at that point. I have seen 272/272 cars put down less power than yours. That car should run very well. Let me know when you'd like to get those gears in and degreed. If you find a track down south, let me know what is does.

Do a quick search, and you'll get the detailed answer. The short answer is that Mustangs read much lower than Dynojets on average...
