Motor mounts

Does anyone know who makes motor mounts for the Evo? I know Ralliart makes motor mount inserts. I have searched all over the net and no one seems to make motor mounts other than Ralliart. I would settle for the Ralliart mounts. Does anyone stocks these? Not really interested in the Stillway or Weapon R torque dampners unless someone can sell me on them.

I have them Ralliart motor mounts in my car. They work great, but be prepared for some serious rattle and vibrations!! Especially with the A/C on. Oh yah, also, They are Not inserts!!!!!! You have to get the mounts pressed out and press the ralliart mounts in. Pain in the a s s! Took me like 4 -5 hours. You can't exactly remove all the mounts and get them pressed out. What's going to hold the motor up?? you have to do one at a time. Good luck!

I was using the term "inserts" lightly. Thanks for the feedback.

haven't you realized that the Evo's mount is a lil soft? Everytime you release the gas pedal during low gears, you get that bucking feeling? Well, the mounts will fix them and oh, did I mention Improved shifting??

Thats all good and dandy but do you think that the added vibration and a/c noises are worth it? Don't get me wrong, I'm really glad it works for you, I just don't see the point getting use to new vibrations and rattles for the issue of low speed bucking. How often are you at low spped anyway...btw thats a badazz bike...

A few reasons... It keeps the motor from unloading and loading too much which can cause the car to feel like its jerking a little. It also can help the drivetrain by helping to prevent wheel hop. Plus the more power you make the weaker the mounts will feel and become. Haven't you ever seen and turbo Honda with torn factory mounts?
