I have a problem with my MR whenever I start it it idles at 3000 and then it jumps up and down. once i step on the gas peddle initially it goes back to normal idle. can someone please help me out with this issue. I took it to the dealer but they can't hook up their diagnostic machine because i have a power FC. also process of ilimination would be nice also. thanks!

 

see if it does this when you start it after the car is warmed up to normal temp. you could also try plugging your stock ecu back in and see if the problem still exists. if it doesn't then you know where your problem lies. good luck.
