Throwout bearing/ Install Help

hey guys was just wondering if its completly nessicarry to install the new TOB im in the middle of putting the act in and i read that the one that came with it is the exact factory one... so is thier a real reason to replace it? or would it b ok to leave the stocker in thier? not trying to cut corners i will put it in if its smart 2 just didnt even know if it would change anything at all?

I changed mine, only had 17k. Better safe than sorry.

better to do it than not do it and have a possible problem later. i would do it. kinda like when doing your timing and balance shaft belt you should go ahead and do your water pump too.

yeah i just went ahead and did it i was planning on doing it anyways just one of those things was kinda curious feels amazing!
