Ive got an 05 GSR. I added a TBE, MBC, and Short Ram Intake. The next day had a custom tune done by Turbo Trix. Ever since the tune going into 5th gear I have a grind. I am assuming because of the huge gain in power. Also, as of yesterday when I tried going into first gear it is very difficult now. And it is not very easy. It goes in 50% of the time.

I am in the proces of converting my car back to stock.

Will they screwup my reflash????
WIll they notice I modified my car?????????


And how long will it take them to fix 1st and 5th gear synchros?????

5th gear grind is a common problem. They will fix it but each dealership has different policies on mods. So you just gotta bite the bullet and go find out. My dealership still warranties my car after all my mods.

 

its always hit and miss with dealers...search you local subforums and see if anyone can steer you to the right dealer or away from one. going back to stock helps.

 

they will definitely notice your car is modified

 

Looks like theres problems with the 05's already. Put your car back to stock how it was, they wont be able to detect the flash, dont worry, it wont screw up the flash. It normally will take a few day to fix syncros and also depends on how fast they get to it.
