damn boost controller!!

Angry damn boost controller!!

ok, i really really need help here, we've been trying to make this work for a total of about 5 hours!

i follow the "how-to" on the halman pro rx kit and we did the one where it goes to the wastegate and the intake mani. ok, what we did:
1. T near intake mani: one to mani, one to bov, and one to mbc (the part that you can screw off to put the other spring
2. the other part of the mbc we hookup up to the wastegate
3. capped off the turbo and the other part of the T near the turbo
4. looped the wastegate actuator

problem: it wont boost over .83 bar

solutions:
1. we had the heavy spring in, so we put back the stock. nothing
2. we switch the lines, the one to the wastegate, and the one to the mani. TOO MUCH BOOST!
3. where the T near the turbo was, one went to turbo, one went to wastegate and one went to mbc. wont boost over .83 bar

wtf am i doing wrong?!

ok i said i followed the how-to

i basicall only have on T which is where the intake mani it, the on the other T, one of them is capped off.

and on the how to, when it says cap where the intake pipe is before the MAF, what are they telling you to cap off. btw i have a BR intake and flashed for 20.5 psi

ok, i put the t in the wrong place. but where it says to cap off wehre the MAF is what is it that i cap off? i dont have the stock airbox and all that anymore

on the turbo wastegate actuator, you have one capped and one going somewhere, does the one thats not capped go to the BOV? i just looped those two. and you just capped the turbo nipple right?

no, it goes to the MAF

and the turbo nipple is capped

ok ic. so its wrong to loop those? cause honestly, im not sure what we did with the MAF. and it shows in the picutre to cap both of them.
