JDM MR Diverter that is........
I got mine and it worked great! Boost comes on faster and more crisp. Now I'm asking myself, why didn't I get this thing sooner? My car ran strong and I didn't think it was leaking......... Well, I was wrong. Running my car a couple of days after the install, I'm realizing that boost comes in really strong and the pull just feels violent to red line. I'm loving it!
Today was pretty hot comming into work so I turn my A/C on. Before the MR Diverter, I would have to rev up to 2k rpm on take off and the car would still bog and take forever to spool. My car see's full boost by 2800rpm buy the way. Anyways, today I'm comming into work and I turn the A/C on full blast. At a stop light, I rev to 2k rpm like usual on take off so I don't bog that much and loose spool up. My clutch grabbed and I shoot out of the whole like a bat out of hell. Next stop light, I'm like wow! What happened to the bogging and slow spool. This time I take off under 1k rpm and it ran just like an N/A car. No bogging. No slow spooling. I try it a couple of times at each light and same thing(no bogging or slow spool). I have gotten rid of this rechid bogging and slow spooling issue that plaqued turbo cars while A/C is running. I am a happy man, car runs like an N/A now while A/C is running. Now it is fun to drive this car while running the A/C.

My old one didn't seem to leak because it put out such great numbers for the mods. It even held well to redline too but the MR just does it better. I can't believe I have zero lag when I'm running my A/C now. I just can't believe it!
It seems to be typical for all these car manufactures to put a bunch of plastic under the hood. Hell I remember my '86 Firebird had all plastic vaccum lines :þ Broke/leaked all the time because they became brittle.
Glad you got a good METAL replacement ;-)
