Question Replacement Steel Friction Inserts

i dont know what to doo, weather i should get these Fidanza Replacement Steel Friction Inserts that i was reading on, or jus get i lighter flywheel, has anyone ever used these Replacement inserts, how do they install what to doo???

friction inserts should be for aluminum or other types of flywheels that are mostly made out of light material but need a friction section to grab the clutch. so those parts get worn out... you need to replace them. that's what the inserts are for and they prolly don't work with anything but fidanza.

they definately do not work with anything but the clutch they sell. no question about it.
