I know my 05 doesn't have the intercooler sprayer anymore and buschur makes a universal alcohol injection kit. My question is has anyone installed one on an 05 yet? I'm interested in installation time and cost if installed by a shop. Thanks.

 

Im pretty sure there is **** in the way preventing the install of that pump on the 05's. Actually Im quite positive.

For 05's people have just been buying universal meth/alky/water injection kits from like coolingmist and hooking the tank up in their trunk.

Im gonna wait until they come out with a "package" for the 05 EVO to do it on mine....

I also asked that question before, I think that the only feasable way to install the alcohol kit with the tank in the engine is if you have a mini battery kit and cone air filter. These two items can free up a lot of space, maybe you can't run a full 2 galons tank but maybe a 1/2 tank 3/4 galon tank is doable.

I wish Buschur could come up with a alcohol kit for the 05 Evos in combination with their Burschur Upper deluxe IC pipe and battery.
