Increased boost, now reading lean on wideband
Increased boost, now reading lean on wideband
Is it normal to see lean readings on the wideband after turning up the boost from stock level 19psi to 21-22psi? I just installed a Hallman MBC and turned up the boost, spikes to 23 and levels out to 21 or so. I also have been using SAFCII to tune with and before increasing boost I was leaning it out to about -7 in the top end and getting 11.2-11.3 AFR's. I zero'ed all the settings before running with the increased boost and still got around 11.6-11.8 AFR. Also tried to richen it up with some + numbers from 4000-7500 but then started getting fuel cut. Now I just turned down the boost a little more to about 20psi and still getting timing pulled... Probably just the cheap *** 91 gas here in Cali..
