I'm sure it would be fine, but who knows how much fuel it would output? I personally wouldn't do it.

Theoretically, I think it might be possible to modify the OEM Evo injectors in a similar way, but you would definetly need a re-flash in order for your car to run properly with them.

Some people with subies do this, but I figure for the price of a decent set of used injectors why risk it? I picked up my injectors soo cheap for my evo I wouldn't even want to risk it. What's a few hundred on top of a 30K dollar car.

Also if you're going to do the stock injector mod on the subies I'd want to send it off to someone like witchhunter to get them cleaned and flow-tested.

This works of course, it has been done on DSM why the stock EVO injectors will be of any difference?

Remove the (net like thingy inside the injector) filter of the injector
Go to the postal office and put all 4 injectors there and send them to RC Engineering and send a check for $120.80 that will cover shipping costs and all the work on the injectors.

Good luck, as this is what Im going to do, I did the same on my WRX and my injectors came back from RC 850cc perfectly.

Thats why you send those to RC to flow test and flow match and balance them

Do the Evo injectors have the same three hole spray pattern as Subaru?
