That clip is HAWT! I especially like the F1/Champ Car insinuations. Do they use the Aero Turbine?

Can you explain how the cooler exhaust going around the center 'turbine' section and re-joining the center exhaust via the louvers actually accelerate in speed? I flunked physics and chemistry, so I don't have a good grasp of this concept.

And when those cooled down exhaust rejoins the center, hotter exhaust, how does that create a vaccuum? How does that not interfere with exhaust flow?
