Ok after rereading your post i feel like i misunderstood you.


So the vaccum changed after installation of cams?

Or the cams were already installed and the vaccum changed slightly after a couple weeks?

Scenario B. Cams were in for apprx 2.5 weeks before the vaccum increased from ~15hg to 17hg.

 

Ok that is normal. vaccum can change due to a number of reasons. A/c was on. Defroster was on. What the ECU is doing. It wil change but it will only chage by a couple inches. I would not worry about it more vaccum is a good thing.

When i first put my D-gauge on it was at zero when the car was off. Now its a little below zero when off, but vacuum and full bost numbers are the same. Its not really a big deal, but its annoying to look at, kinda like looking at a crooked picture frame on the wall.

My first Defi-D boost gauge I received read 3psi. I called Defi, they said it was defective and to send it back, so I called LancerShop, they took it back and send me a new one that reads 0 now. I feel better!
