That's a difficult question to answer, being that every car is little different.
Only approximations can be given.

That might be a tall order even for the great Warrtalon.

hfc

If you do get the hi flow cat make sure you get the O2 simulator too. I started throwing codes and the service engine light came on soon after installation test drive.

Which HFC do you have ?

If I have to install an O2 Sim with an HFC, I might as well go with a testpipe.

Here's a link with some catback dyno charts.

Sorry, I don't have direct experience with dyno'ing each of those, so I can't go that far. I think you need to backtrack and focus on the real issue at hand. It's not a matter of the 4-5hp difference between each. It's a matter of how much you want to spend while balancing it with how loud you want to be. It's also not useful to approximate the relative HP gains for each of those setups, because it sometimes depends on the design of the part, whether it tapers down at the flanges, how well you install it (leaks?), whether or not your boost naturally increases from less back pressure, how well you're tuned, etc etc.

Basically, you will get 10-15whp with a cat-back, and anywhere from 30-40whp with a full, catless TBE. So, maybe with a TBE including HFC, I'd expect 20-25whp? It's really hard to say...

30-40whp without tune? that seems kind of high. 20-30whp always seemed more accurate

Tune or no tune doesn't matter, an exhaust can still give 30-40whp.
